STINKING SCATTER CUSHIONS

I bought scatter cushions at Cielo in Brooklyn Mall Pretoria. Since then there has been a reeking awful smell in my house. It took me long to notice the source, eventually I figured out that ut comes from the new cushions that I have bought.

Mind you, the cushions were placed in a lounge that I don't frequent.

I went to the store to report this, I was told to put them in the sun. Unfortunately the smell is still there. I also smelled others in the shop but they were having a natural smell but not offensive.

The store and Head Office response is about me reporting the matter after 14 days. They are failing to understand my question that, how was I suppose to link the smell and new cushions, it took me long to make a connection. That's my reality.

I am still waiting for the call from tbe Senior Customer Agent.
