Still waiting for my refund.

I have ordered 4 barstool chairs from Cielo on the 9th July 2020. I still haven't received my order and there is no feedback provided. I was the one who saw it proper to contact them and ask for feedback, only to be **** to that the stock was arriving that day. I called them to ask for my refund on the 5th of Aug 2020. I was told by Khaya to that she is sending me an email to confirm my refund on the 5th August 2020, until today there is no sign of that email. This Khaya person does not even both responding to emails. All I want is my money back since they have no idea what customer service is.
