Still waiting for my couch!!

#Ticket 55526#It is now the 11th November, i wrote my grievance on the 5th November and i still do not have the replacement couch or a commitment date from Cielo!!! Your service and communication after i have paid soo much money is appalling to say the least!. you were happy to take my money now that you have to deliver its a different story!..all i get is emails with lousy apologies and no commitment whatsoever!!! I would not recommend Cielo to anyone after this experience!!!
