stay away from Cielo
In 2019 I made two purchases from Cielo Table Bay Mall branch and paid in full. It took them over a month to delivery the one item a TV unit. This was after much screaming and shouting and bottomless promises the other a dinning room table has yet to be delivered after a period of 45 days. absolutely terrible service from them. FYI, alternate providers have very similar items at a fraction more expensive. do your self a favour and spend more as the stress of dealing with Cielo is just not worth the measly saving. I fully furnished an apartment and they were the ONLY vendors who could not keep there delivery promises.
I will never support Cielo again and propose you treat any purchase from them with a ten foot barge pole. www.cielo.co.za

It is clear that communication and service on this order was not up to standard and your complaint was forwarded to the department managers to investigate and take the necessary action to address this with our sales team. Upon my investigation with regard to the delivery of your dining room table, it was confirmed that same has been delivered on the 18th of March 2019.
