SOLD AN OLD HEADBOARD
Bought Ariella headboard from Cielo beginning of March, they didn't have stock so they told me they will have to make one for me, they only have one in the show room. I was advised it will take about 6 weeks to make and extra 14 days for delivery. I was surprised when they call me on the third week to inform me they will be delivering in the next 3 days, only to find out that they delivered an old headboard with wear and tear not to mention the dirt and dust meaning they intentionally gave me the headboard which was on displayed in their showroom. when i called them they didn't even dispute it, it took them almost 2-3 month to collect the heard board and give me my refund. Don't ever buy from them , they sell old used furnisher, no respect at all for their customer, because they believed i was so stupid that i wont even notice that the headboard was old. STAY AWAY FROM THEM DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!! They don't even deserve this one star that im giving them.
