we ordered one style of couch after seeing it online and realised upon delivery that it was not to our taste. the whole cielo team were very helpful. from Kisten at Stoneridge to Sibongile at customer service and their head office in Gqeberha. Sibongile kept us regularly updated on the progress of our order and shipping. we were able to exchange our couch without hassle and received the new order all within a month of the original purchase. we love the new couch and hope that the quality will stand the test of time.
