SLOW shipping.

Don't be fooled by the website stating your product will ship the next day after payment have been recieved. I purchased a stormfox kayak with the hope of getting it before the holiday ends. I even called the office to confirm my payment have been recieved.l and requested they exoedite shipping. Almost 7 days later and the kayak have not even been dispatched. I even offered to send my own courier. Courier guy could collect and have it at my door within 2 days and at a lower cost. Your shipping policy stinks, and so does your customer service.
