Shocking lack of customer service

Absolute horrible customer service. On the day of my purchase, the shop was empty and I had to go fetch a salesperson to assist me. Management absent. Today I called to hear what's happening with my delivery, as spesific instructions were given. The manager is off. The assistant manager is off. The consultant that helped me is off. No wonder there's a culture of no customer service. I have asked repeatedly that a manager calls me - nothing!!
