Service excellence
As a business hey are great. I had excellent service with the Ballito store and my interaction at customer services. Beautiful pieces of furniture. The Edison couch that I purchased was poorly constructed. So what's the odds of it having problems with the legs twice. They gladly assisted me and resolved this issue.
