Service excellence and quality furniture/decor
Beautiful, quality furniture and decor and excellent after-sales service. The item recently ordered was found to be damaged when unboxed and it was replaced within days, with the customer service consultant regularly providing calling and mailing with feedback and follow-ups. Highly recommend in my book.
