Service and products quality

I love Cielo but not all products are well made. One needs to check their bed bases properly, if you had a squicky sound...just ask for exchange. Twice my bed bases were not stable and just by sitting on them they would be noisy. But their service is exceptional when you need an exchange. I'm thinking they are willing to learn as they grow their business. Their headboards were both good, no problems. I love my Cielo purchases.
