SECOND HAND PRODUCT FOR FULL PRICE

I bought couches worth R17200 cash recently and I received the order during the lockdown. When I unpacked I them I noticed the headrest was loose and idling, I reported the matter they asked for proof I sent a picture and was promised that someone would come and fix it. A bolt was missing when assembling the couches . The leather of the couches from picture online is not the same as what I received. The couches are hardly a month and there's a hallow partition on one couch which tells me the couches were either used and resold or their QA department does not do what is expected of them. I'm quite disappointed with the dissatisfactory of the quality and service rendered by this company and its my first time buying but I wouldn't recommend them to anyone I know. I bought couches prior to them from an underdog place but they lasted 5years and I opted for a high class range hoping for a life time investment on their product to my surprise the couches are a sinking Titanic.
