It was so easy to get assistance from cielo. I purchased 2 headboards on their store credit. When I checked out my cart, the total amount was more than the credit they awarded me. I called them and they easily increased my limit and I was able to get my headboards. They kept me updated throughout the whole process. The tracker was delayed cos the headboards got here before the agreed time but no complaints there. The quality is excellent and I couldn't be happier.
