Ridiculous service!

Really unhappy with your service. We order end of November and were told only the coffee table was missing from our order we decided not to collect and wait for the 3 weeks for the coffee table to arrive at the warehouse in Linbro Park. We kept calling to make to find out if it had arrived but kept getting all kinds of feedback like nothing we order was available at the warehouse. We are now at the end of the 3 weeks and we are told the coffee table is still not there or they do not know where the coffee table could be we just need to speak to MJ agent that helped us and she is not in! How ridiculous is this? how can we wait to speak to someone? Do the people just leave with all the information? Can a coffee table take more than 3 weeks to get here from PE? Things I ordered a week later from China have arrived already!
