Return of item

This product was not not functional in that the shelf sloped down 45deg. This differed from the online photo. We sent photos to Cielo and although it took a while they collected the item and refunded my money. The 4 star rating is for their excellent customer support staff and particularly Pelisa who followed up consistently by phone and email. I have purchased other products from Cielo which were excellent .
