Return and refund on side table-good service by Cielo

I purchased a side table from Cielo but unfortunately I was not happy with the wood used to make the table (imported item so Cielo not responsible for this) so I requested that I return the item for a refund. The customer service agent Vuyolwethu Mate (at Wheco) was most responsive and promptly supp**** me with the information needed to return the item and followed up on all my emails. I also received my refund within a few days of returning the table.
