Requested assistance with Repairs, no assistance

Purchased Patio furniture from Stoneridge branch that was promised to be all weather and durable material. The table is perishing, and falling to pieces. We realise it's out of the 12 month warranty, so we asked for assistance with repairs, or where to go for replacement. The response was that since they've never had any problems at all with their patio furniture, they can't refer us to anyone to help with repairs. This is by far the worst after sales service I've experienced. 3 months out of warranty, and they completely absolve themselves of responsibility, and won't even try and assist to help with recommending repairs, or where to go to try and get a replacement. Don't get your patio furniture there, it's NOT durable or all weather, that's for certain. And it will start falling to pieces as soon as your warranty is up.
