Replacement on the Specter chair.
My specter chair broke unexpectedly. I was assigned Sune Nel as a customer service agent. Sune is the most helpful and efficient customer service agent I have ever come across! Everything from the query, pick-up and replacement delivery went faultless en smooth. Great experience and still love the chair Thanks Sune
