Repair of sofa

Vuyolwethu at customer care was very helpful and referred me to Riedwaan at Leather Connections who repaired my 2 seater Jagger Couch as the arm was collapsing inside. He collected and repaired it within 3 days and then delivered it back to me. Exceptional service by Riedwaan and Vuyolwethu was in constant communication with me.

Normally I would not rate Cielo 5 star as I feel your aftercare is poor, I’ve had bad experiences in the past with quality issues and having to jumps through hoops to get Cielo to take accountability, products are very expensive and when there is an issue Cielo are quickly to pass the Buck and not want to help. I have had bad experiences with Cielo and for the amount of money I spent and the cost of your products you expect world class after care service. Also the service in the Table Bay store is terrible, there is never anyone at the door to greet you or even on the shop floor to assist, everytime I walk in there all the staff are standing behind the till which does not create a welcoming environment or a good impression on the customer. Having to ask for help all the time is not how it’s suppose to be work hence I no longer buy products from you guys.

Only reason I’m giving 5 star on this occasion is because Leather Connections were brilliant and Vuyolwethu was very efficient and helpful.
