Refund not returned

Late February I ordered and paid for the patio lounge advertised on line. I received an email from Cielo lifestyle stating that they are out of stock even though on their internet site they had it in stock. They offered me a different colour set but I refused due to the unsuitable decor. I requested a refund which they have agreed to but to date haven't paid. It's been a full month! !! I have tried to communicate with them on many occasions but it was all fruitless. I saw that similar thing happened to another customer registered on hello peter. Whatever you do do not order from Cielo. Seems like they are running a ****! !!!
