Property damaged by furniture company

<p>We had purchased furniture from Cielo Lifestyle Furniture - a division of WHECO Group this past week. Upon delivery the people from the company who were moving the furniture into the house - severely damaged the banister of our stair case, this is the bottom stair case which was supporting the structure of the stairs, so the damage is getting worse because of the weight of the upper stairs. We told the movers about it before they left, they took a picture and said they would report it to head office so that I can be fixed. We heard nothing from them till the following day when we called to enquire and the office said they had not heard anything about it. They then said they will phone back in 5 minutes, they didnt. We called back again the day after, then the lady we were dealing with (Tarryn) said that she took long because she was escalating it to head office, then she said her boss was going to give us a call. They didnt, again! Then upon phoning today to enquire AGAIN, they said Tarryn is not available (on leave or took-off, I'm not sure) but we now had to start from the beginning and explain the story to the supervisor, who also promised to call back. I cannot express the urgency in with this matter needs to be attended with, the longer they delay this process – the more damaged our property will get. And we certainly don’t appreciate chasing this company when we spent so much money in their store. We need this to be fixed ASAP</p>
