Product return

I decided to cancel my order which was already shipped. Carrier brought it back to the warehouse. Return was accepted by Cielo but it took about two weeks before refund was done. They were asking lot of details, even a bank statement, whereas refund had simply to be done on same account as I used for payment! Some hassle. Despite this the person I was in contact with was very nice and polite.
