Proceed with Caution
There are some online shopping experiences which are a delight, and others which prove to be a nightmare. This retailer in my experience falls within the category of the latter. No response or resolution for the last week to support ticket logged on a recent purchase of office furniture. The product has arrived flawed on unpacking, and further features assembly instructions that are literally impossible to follow. Apparently, the only way to assemble this particular piece of flat pack furniture is via tearing holes in the upholstery to accommodate the *****s they have considerately provided. Customer service for any issues encountered after delivery is practically non-existent - vague commitments for feedback on an exchange which do not materialise by their own deadlines. I would strongly recommend proceeding with caution in evaluating whether to support this retailer.
