Poor workmanship

<p>I have orderd an firm matress and base set at 12000 rand, 2weeks later , today they deliverd the wrong matress, its the oppesite of firm, very soft, but they have an tag that says firm, is this how they rush things off, after i have been told they work overtime to finish off all the projets. I feel like sending this mattress back, or reverse my money. Cielo u are quick to sell, but if something is wrong , then i have to wait for an customer service agent to phone me back, this is not how u run an buisness. </p> <p> </p>
