Poor Workmanship

I bought a steel bed frame from this company on 28 November 2016. The bed has been used for approximately 8 months by one person although it's a queen-sized bed that's designed to accommodate 2 people. The centre beam has completely given in due to poor design. Although the company replaced the parts last week, the same thing is going to happen again as the problem lies with the design, which was well-hidden at the time of purpose. Moreover, the replacement parts were painted in two different types of paint, different shades and not fully dried before being packaged so the cardboard packaging stuck to the paint. There were also parts that were not replaced.

It's been an uphill struggle with this company since the initial purchase. The after sale service and lack of quality in the workmanship is disgusting! Do not buy from this company!
