Poor service

It is actually a no star at all. I bought a bed on the 8th of November 2022. it took. a long time to deliver despite the time frame they gave me Eventually it was delivered. Only with 8 *****s short. I went twice to the store, the Stoneridge store that is. I am still waiting to date. what I don't understand is that why did they n

ot give me the ones of the bed they had in store at the time. I am a paying customer after all they could have sorted each other out in the background. I did suggest it but I was td that the bed is in display . meantime I am suffering with a bed that I paid for but can't use. It's over a month now.
