Poor service

I always order furniture from this shop, its very efficient up until I made an order on the 25 November 2021. Their policy says 7-14 days for furniture and today 14 December 2021 its 20 days and im still waiting for my delivery. I contacted them on the 06 December 2021 they promised to get back to me and they didn't, I had to call back myself on the 13 December a week later. They were supposed to get back to me and they didn't, again I had to email them. I really just want to get my table, I understand Black Friday sale but the item I bought wasn't a Black Friday item
