Poor quality of Sleigh bed

Hi there, I have been waiting for resolution regarding the poor quality of sleigh bed that I bought from you last year December and I logged a call after 3 months of buying it. My Case:51610 and that bed really is making me not to enjoy my sleep at all. All I need is for Cielo to pickup the bed and refund me ASAP. The technical people came and fix it and their fixing only lasted for two weeks.
