Poor Quality, Bad Service

Not my first interaction with Cielo. The first time dinning table was broken and recently I bought a patio set because everyone makes mistakes right? No their standard is low, service is bad and multiple reasons as to why they cannot replace items. Rather spend a little more money and go to stores that have been doing this for a while.
