Poor Customer Service_No Delivery

We bought 3 headboards and a pedestal at Cielo Lifestyle's Greenstone branch back in July. All goods were paid for in cash at the store and we were promised delivery of goods within 2 weeks from date of purchase. Headboards were only delivered a month later after persistent calls to the shop. We are still waiting for the delivery of the pedestal. The shop never calls customers to update them on the progress of their order. Customers have to phone them and get empty promises all the time. Cielo Lifestyle clearly has a "don't care" attitude torwards its customers once they've received payment. Poor customer service and I'll recommend that people stay as far away from Cielo Lifestyle as possible. They don't know how to conduct business at all!!!
