POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Worst customer service ever. I bought 3 bar stools from Cielo and 1 of the bar stools had an item short. It's been 2 weeks and every time I follow up with customer service I get ignored. No one has gotten back to me as to when I will receive my item. It's just poor service honestly!
