Poor communication and no support at all.
Purchased item 22/12/2025 online, website clearly indicate 7-14 days for delivery, but after not arriving 14 days later I send message to support. @ days later coming back to saying delivery is 14-21 days, not indicated in any way or form. Follow up again if items is shipped, NO, it is not even dispatched from PE to Joburg...
