I ordered bar chairs and requested EFT payment, so they did send me the invoice with banking details. A day kater i decided to order 2 extra chairs. I send them an enail and got a prompt response as well as ammended invoice. As soon as i did the EFT and send them POP i got a confirmation mail, and a day later they informed me my order had been processed! I like the idea that you communicate with a sales person and not a computer!! I cant wait to receive my bar chairs.
