Patio Set purchase at Cielo.

The service received from Cielo was professional. Cielo was always open to offer various solutions to the issue raised by the client.

Unfortunately after a resolution was reached the product bought at Cielo started to rust and after re-engaging customer service it was brought to the client's attention that they are not open to replace the product as covers were not sourced for the products. The covers were given as an option to purchase but nowhere was it stated that the product will not be taken back/replaced in the event that it rusted. As this is a product to be used outdoors , it is supposed to be treated in such a manner that it does to rust. Other outdoor products that we purchased from other stores does not rust and is properly treated to prevent it from rusting.
