Pathetic service

I should have read peoples comments before allowing my husband to purchase anything from that store , the worst ever service I have ever received in my life ! I wonder who employed all of the *********** staff there ! ( expect for jackey the manager to tried to assist me ) Lack of communication from staff , lack of phone etiquette! The LIst is endless my couches took 1 full month , had to call and waste my airtime to get assistance, when my couches where finally delivered the couches have no legs ! Disgusted by the service and I do not encourage anyone to buy from those people ever again infact they should shut down period !
