Pathetic excuse of a furniture shop

On the 18th of January 2025, a dining table that I had bought was delivered for the second time after asking them to collect the first one that was already defective on arrival on the 21st of December 2024 . This second table was also defective on arrival, but I had decided to make peace with it since the experience with Cielo has been emotionally draining since the 2nd of December 2024. However, the crack on the table is now increasing and likely to affect the lifespan of the table.

I would appreciate it if Cielo could dispatch its people to come and collect the table that is defective. I gave you guys an opportunity to make money twice but you failed. I'm not going to entertain any talks of trying to fix the problem for the third time.

Kindly process my full refund of R14,599, which is inclusive of the transport fee of R600. I trust that I won't forfeit the R600 since the error has always been from your side. I'm even considering lodging a complaint against you guys with the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud.
