Pathetic!

We placed an order at the Stoneridge branch, after the full 14 day period waiting for delivery we phoned to find out if it was still on track, by shouting the sales lady says 14 working days which is incorrect, we then spoke to the manager Astrid who informed us they did not have stock, after phone the call center we were informed that the order with the warehouse was only placed the day before, so not only were personnel rude they also **** to us. After a week we receive notification art 17:00 that the items will be delivered the next day, we made rush arrangements to be able to accept delivery only to be phoned at 14;30 telling us that they have to postpone delivery to the next day, having to take leave once again. This is by far the poorest service I have ever received, I cannot even get through to your call center and I will not phone your branch due to them being utterly rude and lying to their clients. I will never go into one of your stores again and will never recommend you to anyone.
