Outstanding after-sales service
Outstanding service from Palesa at the service department regarding two crossback chairs which needed to be repaired. She arranged to have them repaired, collected and re-delivered to our home in Onrust. She kept us informed of progress and answered any emails promptly. I didn't think good service like this still existed. Thank you, Palesa.
