Ordered a canvas and it was faded and not the right colours as per image online

Ordered a canvas and it was faded and not the right colours as per image online. Requested a refund. And they insisted that on all the documentation that I was not happy about the colour of the canvas and not that it was faded. 2 weeks later and I’m still waiting for a collection of the item so that I can get a refund.
