Open all the way and do proper complete check

Warning to customers on those products you buy covered. I bought a mattress topper few years ago. Today I removed the cover to wash it and to my surprise the toppers are actually torn in the middle. You can tell it was delivered as is, it's a pity I never removed the cover to check before. They tried gluing it together. Nonetheless I am disappointed. I feel so ******
