Online purchase and refund from cielo

I have purchased a dining room suit with a bench and a chair from cielo online Being a reputable company of course I had trust in them They demanded for the money upfront and when the goods were received all were damaged The chair had 2 same legs instead of 2 different so that we could assemble The benches ***** holes were not lining to put in the bolt The tables cupboard was damaged on the wood The table leg was rough and a completely different tone on the leg compared to the other They offered me a discount on the goods but I wanted a refund They told me 1 month for upliftment of the goods and a further month thereafter for a refund which I feel is completely ridiculous Many emails have been sent to them and they just responded with "we will get back to you shortly"
