No stock at all of advertised bean bags

There was no experienced to describe - I ordered and paid online just to be informed that they have no stock of a Paxton Bean bag. Even when I enquired about the Cooper - no stock.

And new stock will only be available in MID NOVEMBER???!!!

How can you advertise something to sell just to say oops - no stock?
