No Service

I bought a couch on the 20th of June as they confirmed that they had stock of the item, I waited for 7-14 working days as stated on their website, received no update, then I followed up yesterday,then I was told that it will take another 7-14 working days for the item to be dispatched, how about you amend your turnaround time, so we know what we are getting ourselves into, its quiet clear that it will take me almost 2 months to get my couch! And I quiet dissapointed really,this is so not on for such a big brand.
