NO REFUND FOR GOODS RETURNED TWO WEEKS AGO

Never in my life will I ever buy something online again. Cielo Lifestyle has scared me off for good. First my bed arrives in two boxes which we need to assemble just to find out the feet looks like building blocks and nothing like on the picture. I call them and get told I need to send them pics of the feet delivered before they can do something about it. So I take pics, meanwhile we have to sleep on our mattress on the floor cause there is no way the building blocks they sent us could support it. So they promise to send the correct feet which pitches two weeks later. Only to receive the same set of feet. So I have to send pics again of what I received. Eventually got tired of sleeping on my brand new mattress on the floor and then go and buy a new bed base. I then tell Afton that I would like a refund and they can collect the two boxes of unmade bedframe as we couldn't even put it together, she then tells me they sourced the correct feet by then it was too late. So they collect the bed frame and two weeks later I still do not have my refund. So in total Afton has now messed me around for 6 weeks. She doesn't respond to my numerous emails about my refund or return any calls.
