NO AFTERSALES

I ordered 6 wooden patio chairs in July 2022. Obviously being patio chairs we dont sit on them everyday, only when we have visitors and sit outside. The first time someone sat on them two of the chairs *****s fell out. The *****s are so short that it hardly turns once, so doesnt make sense that they should hold the pivotal weight of someone sitting on them. I then contacted them to advise that this was the problem, and Cielo customer care agent the undertook to send me replacement *****s for the 2 chairs in question. When these arrived they were not the correct *****s. I also tried to see if I could buy these at a hardware store but was unsuccessful in finding this particular *****. I then advise them these were not correct and also that another 2 chairs now also had the same problem. These are chairs that are hardly sat on!!! I asked whether I could rather be refunded my money as these were expensive chairs and they are definitely not good quality. I shouldnt have to crinche everytime a visitor sits on a chair, afraid that it might fall apart, and constantly having to check if all the *****s are still intact. I would rather then look for something more sturdy. They advised that management would have to decide as it has been too long after purchase now - and now I have been waiting a week for feedback on this. NOT GOOD - if you spend thousands on furniture that is supposed to be good quality, you dont expect it to fall apart the first time you use it.
