Nice chair and great customer service - issue with ***** made it a 4/5

I ordered an office chair from Cielo. Although the color I wanted was not displayed on the website the sales staff assisted me and within a few days I received my chair :)! There was an issue with one of the *****s though which the support staff helped me with and they were exceptional. I have since received the *****s and I am currently sitting in my comfortable office chair writing this review :). I would 100% recommend Cielo again.
