Never have the product and struggling to get a refund

<p>I have now tried twice to buy from Cielo, everytime they inform me after I have paid that the product is unavailable and that I have to wait 2 months for the product. When the 2 months was over the first time they informed me that I have to wait another month. I then requested a refund and guess what now I am struggling to get my koney back. as they keep on saying the Finance Department is working on it. Another month later... And I am still trying to get my money back.</p> <p> </p> <p>Horrible, stressful experience...</p>
