This review is specifically about the Cielo Ballito branch and my experience there. I am an interior designer so I have dealt with numerous stores and staff, however, I have never come across an employee like Luyanda Biyela. From the moment I entered the store, he was so friendly and immediately rushed to my assistance which I really needed in this case. He is one of the most organized, patient and highly intelligent people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. I had to change so much things over the course of ordering the items my clients needed but he never once hesitated to find a solution and stayed so calm. I actually cannot begin to tell you how blown away I am by him and he is the reason I will be using the Cielo store for all my home designs going forward. He is one of the biggest assets to your company and has incredible potential to do really really well in any job he’s given as well as having great leadership potential.
