I called Cielo at the 29th of December 2015.<br> <br> I was uncertain of the quality that Cielo's products had to offer. I have been in this situation before and generally South African service providers lack empathy. In most cases one would expect abrupt answers to these questions with a lot of 'I don't knows'.<br> <br> Natusha in this case, informed me that the bed was made from Indian hard wood, the paint was not toxic and applauded me being thorough with my questions. <br> <br> Natusha insured that I received the voucher (special offer) in super quick time. <br> <br> I used the voucher to purchase two mattresses. Natusha called me and explained that I had ordered two large mattresses and that she had corrected the order to one single and one double.<br> <br> I have very seldom experienced proactive servicing in South Africa. It is refreshing to know that there are people out there who enjoy helping people. <br> <br> Great work Natusha and Celio for hiring her.
