Ms Michaels, customer service agent is highly commended

I was assisted by Ms Camelle Michaels, customer service agent for Cielo. I must put on record that she was professional, very helpful, was true to her word- if she said she would call you back within a time period with feedback or an update, then she did exactly that, which as we all know is very rare. She has followed up on my matter since taking it up. She is the one factor preventing me from complaining about buying an expensive couch from Cielo in August and still not having received a full correct product as of today. But I’m happy to wait given my interaction with Ms Michaels. Whatever you pay her Cielo, maybe give her a raise. I am hard to please, but I may still shop with you yet.
